Terms & Conditions of Booking
Contract
- A contract will be send prior to booking agreement which will have all the particulars included and excluded.
Cancellations
- Payment in full for cancellation of less than seven days.
- For cancellations between 8- and 14-days’ notice 50% of the total fee will be payable.
- For cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice, there will be a 10% administration fee charged.
Late payments
- If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, an amended invoice will be sent to the client with a Late Commercial Payment rate of interest. It is in the interest of the client to pay to avoid a Small Claim Court process.
GDPR
- Notes are kept confidential and not shared with any other party except the email recipient.
- All notes are destroyed after the client has acknowledged receipt of notes or has instructed.
- Notes are of summary nature, not to be used for legal, tribunal or disciplinary procedures without written consent by the notetaker.
Preparation
- To ensure the best notes possible suitable for the client, please provide, the subject of the meeting, the attendees, templates, and any other information relevant.
- In addition, if meeting is via platform, captions to be turned on where possible.
Purpose of notes
- Notes are of summary nature, not to be used for legal or disciplinary procedures without written consent by the notetaker. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure their accuracy before sharing to team members.
Notes via the internet
- It is the responsibility of everyone at the meeting to identify themselves [screen name is correct] to ensure accurate notes and no error on who said what.
- If there is a break in the signal, this will be noted in the document.
- The host takes responsibility for the security of the platform.
